Meet Monica

Monica has over 20 years of administrative experience working with both private and public companies. She has worked in the banking, biopharmaceutical, and healthcare industries as well as the collegiate and non-profit sectors.

Monica's educational background includes a Master of Science in Administration with an option in Human Services; a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications specializing in Public Relations with double minors in Marketing and Promotion Management. She has completed the Transformational Coaching Certification program - Daniels Premier Coaching Academy; Certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship - Cornell University; Milestone Circles Certificate program - Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center; and Business Owners Success Series Certificate program - Prince George's Community College. 

Her experience has been recognized through the "Ask the Experts Small Business Panel" where she was a guest presenter at Prince George's Community College.  Monica has also spoken at other small business events empowering entrepreneurs.
