Monica has over 20 years of administrative experience working with both private and public companies. She has worked in the banking, biopharmaceutical, and healthcare industries as well as the collegiate and non-profit sectors. Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Administration with an option in Human Services; a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications specializing in Public Relations with double minors in Marketing and Promotion Management. Monica has completed the Business Owners Success Series certificate program. She is also a member of International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA).
